IO-Link is a short distance, bi-directional, digital, point-to-point, industrial communications networking standard used for connecting digital sensors and actuators to either a type of industrial fieldbus or a type of industrial Ethernet.

I-link is an IO-Link master stack for embedded devices. Its objective is to provide a technological platform that enables the development and use of sensors and actuators that can produce and consume enriched sets of data that in turn can be used for economically optimizing industrial automated processes and operations.

Our licensing model is very simple. A commercial license for I-Link binds to a product via its product name, product description, target processor/microcontroller and your company name. All of RT-Labs software components are royalty-free and distributed in source code. The license is perpetual and there are no limitations in terms of sites, number of developers, number of manufactured units or usages.

The commercial license does not include any GPL or copyleft and can be used in any commercial product. The license is valid for a product which is described in a license scope. No runtime fees apply.
