Infineon

XMC7000 Series

U-Phy is integrated into Infineon’s ModusToolbox, providing seamless support for industrial fieldbus protocols on XMC7000 series microcontrollers. This allows developers to configure and deploy multi-protocol communication quickly and efficiently, without deep protocol expertise.

STMicroelectronics

STM32F769 Series

U-Phy is also planned for STMicroelectronics STM32F769 in 2025. It will be compatible with STM32Cube development ecosystem, including STM32CubeMX for peripheral configuration and STM32CubeIDE for coding, debugging, and project management. This integration ensures easy setup and configuration, enabling seamless multi-protocol communication on STM32F7-series microcontrollers.

Microchip

SAMA7 and SAM9X Series

U-Phy will be supported on Linux and Microchip’s MPLAB® Harmony v3 by the end of 2025, beginning with the Microchip SAMA7 and SAM9X microprocessors.

This integration will offer native support for industrial networking, enabling developers to easily configure and implement multi-protocol communication within both the Linux and MPLAB Harmony v3 environments.
